Which Laptop??
So I want to buy a laptop... I really want a macbook but I'm paying for it and those are expensive!! Here are my needs for my laptop:
-portable, small, lightweight
-wireless internet
-easy to use
-has the generic itunes, word, etc
-burn dvds/cds (?)
-play dvds
-some sort of video editing
What should I get that would be cheaper yet fairly comparable to the lowest Macbook (1100 dollar one)? How much would it cost? Where would I get it and what can it do? Or is the Macbook really worth the money?? Thanks for the help guys!!!
You can get a far better windows based pc for a far less price. Look around and wait for a sale. For windows vista make sure you get at least 1GB of memory (or 1024MB) and if you can get more that's highly recommended. Get at least a 100 GB hard drive and once again, the more the merrier. Buy on sale! All laptops will eventually be on sale and don't be afraid to shop around for the best price. I recommend HP because of their reliability ratings, yet affordable price. Stay away from Dell, they're overpriced.
